You are our ideal candidate if you have:
Higher technical education;
Experience: configuration and administration of CRM or other automation platforms
Skills: ability to quickly respond to user requests and effectively solve problem situations
skills for creating instructions for users
communication
stress resistance
attention to details
readiness for repetitive tasks

English - A2

Your duties will be:
Analysis of the company's current document flow processes
modeling and design of solutions in the electronic document flow system (function of the system administrator)
support of implemented processes
writing user documentation
training
technical support for users
br/>communication with the contractor's development team (in case of additional requirements that cannot be implemented independently)
maintenance of the electronic document management system, CRM: work with user feedback, adaptation of the system to new requirements and elimination of identified deficiencies

analysis of current processes, identification of opportunities for improvement and proposal of solutions

Will be a plus:
Desirable experience Microsoft sharepoint, jira, 1c8
Knowledge of JavaScript will be a big plus
