Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for analysis and description of existing business processes "AS IS", development and implementation of processes "TO BE", creates models of current and future processes for automation
• Organizes communication with cross-functional teams and users to collect business needs, take into account their requirements and improve the user experience
• Responsible for developing criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of implemented business processes and systems, analyzing the results and forming recommendations
• Preparing and updating regulatory documents, including user instructions for the Power PPM system
• Coordinating the improvement of current IT tools (K2, ITSM, etc.), setting them to business needs and improving the efficiency of interaction within the framework of business processes of the commercial directorate
• Develops and implements new process automation tools, accompanies their implementation and provides support for implementation in cross-team work: solution presentation, instructions, Q&A support
• Manages the backlog of the Power PPM system development (concurrence of NPD ideas and management of new projects), ensuring the implementation of priority tasks and compliance to technical requirements and implementation deadlines
• Ensures maintenance of technical documentation and Power PPM user manual, organizes communication about update releases and optimization of processes in the tool
• Interacts with IT departments and external partners to support Power PPM, jointly tests mvp and implements new features into the production environment
• Responsible for achieving target results of trusted IT solutions, including the level of user satisfaction and the efficiency of work in the tool.

• A systematic approach to problem solving
• Skills in requirements management (identifying requirements, managing requirements, documenting them, working with competing requirements, finding sources)
• Ability to build effective communication with project team/stakeholders
• Intermediate English language skills
• Proficiency in accounting systems at the level of a confident user: PowerPoint, PowerBI, Microsoft 365, drawio/lucidchart or other similar programs
• Experience with CRM, LMS, HRM systems
• Experience in process modeling in UML, BPMN 2.0
