WE INVITE A BUSINESS PROCESS AUTOMATION ANALYST TO OUR TEAM

OUR CANDIDATE HAS:

• Higher education;
• experience in the field of development, optimization and reengineering of business processes
• experience in the adaptation of banking services for remote service channels;
• knowledge of modeling languages ​​UML, BPMN and diagramming services;
• skills to analyze and document functional and non-functional software requirements;
• understanding of the processes of interaction between the bank and the processing center and other systems;
• understanding of the processes of providing banking services (lending, attracting deposits, opening accounts, card transactions);
• proficiency in English sufficient for reading documentation;
• communication;
• desire to learn and develop;

THIS WILL BE A PLUS:

• experience working with Is-Card PC, ABS B2

FUTURE DUTIES:

• Determining business requirements and key business needs;
• modeling business processes;
• writing technical tasks;
• conducting user testing of software products for compliance with technical requirements;
• documentation management and preparation for approval of business requirements.
