Business process automation analyst in DC Link

Your duties will be:

• Description of the company's business processes.< /li>
• Conducting an analysis of the effectiveness of the company's existing business processes and identifying shortcomings in their operation.
• Process documentation (creating complex documents describing current business processes, including stages, roles of participants, used resources and input/output data, etc.).
• Development of proposals for optimization of existing business processes.
• Active participation in automation and process change projects (participation in the selection and implementation of RPA software and technical solutions, monitoring and control of RPA work regarding automated business processes).
• Constant interaction with the company's specialized divisions regarding analysis.

What is important to us in candidates:

• Higher education (information technologies/ management)
• Experience in describing business processes and working in the field of business process automation using RPA - from 2 years in a system company (an advantage will be work in BPMN notations).
• Proficiency at a high level of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint/-BI, Planner).
• Experience with ERP, 1C will be an advantage .
• Critical thinking and analytical abilities, ability to structure information, initiative, ability to work in a team.
