Business process analytics in MTSBU

You will be engaged in the following tasks:

• Analysis of current business processes within projects (AS-IS);
• Formation of target process models (TO-BE);
• Collection, formalization and coordination of business requirements with stakeholders;
• Preparation of analytical documentation (BRD, FRD, BPMN diagrams, regulations);
• Participation in development and implementation project solutions;
• Interaction with project managers, IT specialists;
• Control of project implementation compliance with agreed business requirements;
• Participation in testing solutions (UAT) style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">positions:
  • Higher education (IT, management or related areas);
  • Experience as a business analyst / business process analyst from 3 years;
  • Experience of participating in automation or process optimization projects;
  • Understanding the project life cycle;
  • Proficiency in process description methodologies (BPMN, UML);
  • Skills in gathering and analyzing requirements;
  • Experience in preparing analytical and project documentation;
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information and structure it;
  • A confident user of MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of Jira, Confluence;
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
