Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a business process analyst in the Transformation Office. The key mission of the division is the transformation of the organization to ensure the implementation of the Bank's strategy.

We need people who are interested in everything around them and are ready to work on ambitious projects at the organizational level. The ideal candidate is a professional with a broad outlook who seeks to develop and create a meaningful impact for the development of the organization.

What needs to be done:

• A comprehensive study of current business processes with the aim of identifying opportunities for strategic transformation.
• Strategic-oriented analysis: study of business needs taking into account legislative restrictions and organization priorities.
• Critical analysis of existing methods and internal documents for their compliance with strategic tasks
• Development of substantiated proposals for radical changes in methods and internal documents to ensure the implementation of the Bank's strategy
• Creation of recommendations for fundamental restructuring of business processes in accordance with strategic initiatives
• Detailed description of transformed of business processes with an emphasis on their compliance with the organization's strategic goals?

This will require:

• Experience as a business analyst from 1 year.
• Practical experience of business process analysis, collection and formalization of requirements.
• Knowledge and experience of working with BPMN 2.0.
• System thinking and the ability to see relationships between processes.
• Skills in creating technical and business documentation(technical tasks, instructions, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Camunda Process Modeler.

Will be an advantage

• Experience in analyzing sales processes and product life cycle.
• Experience with CRM systems would be a plus?
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
• Experience with artificial intelligence and understanding of benefits and limitations
• Experience in organizational transformation and management projects changes.
