BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST OF THE COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT (work experience in logistics - mandatory) The UVK company was founded in 2001 and is the first 3-PL operator on the territory of Ukraine. Among the main products: responsible storage and handling of cargo, local distribution, road transportation in Ukraine, international road transportation, transportation by sea, by road, by air, and customs brokerage: https://www.uvk.ua TASK: 1. Analysis of work processes in the commercial department, development of a plan for their improvement, further implementation of changes. 2. Sales analytics, collection, consolidation and analysis of commercial data, bringing them to a single standard, data display, development of reporting standards for the department. 3. Improvement and administration of CRM.4. Participation in the improvement of the motivation system of the commercial department. Our expectations: 1. work experience as an analyst, sales manager, head of the sales department, project manager is a MUST! 2. deep skills in using BI analytical tools, collection and consolidation of sales data; 3. experience in implementing and optimizing CRM, writing TK for CRM, administration and monitoring the work of managers in CRM; 4. Experience in describing the work processes of the commercial department.
