OVERVIEW
The vacancy involves service in a specialized unit Defense Forces and participation in the project dedicated to the digitization of medical care processes in health care facilities in the Ministry of Defense system based on the Medical Information System of the Armed Forces. The unit is looking for motivated and experienced military/conscripts who will take responsibility for the analysis, digitization and simplification of medical business processes in the hospital and pre-hospital units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine through the implementation and scaling of the Medical Information System (MIS).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- conducting in-depth interviews with customers and users
- analysis of normative and legal documents that define and regulate processes
< li> research, analysis and description of AS IS and TO BE business processes - construction of schemes and models of business processes according to BPMN logic
- reengineering of current processes, analysis of changes, alternative options, narrow locations and optimization opportunities
- assignment of tasks to the contractor and consultants within process expertise
- coordination of final processes with stakeholders
- formation of internal documentation regarding changes in processes
- updating existing or creating new regulatory documents for business processes
- working in interdepartmental and cross-functional teams to build complex client-centric target processes
REQUIREMENTS

experience of description and analysis of processes from 3 years work experience and/or technical education will be an advantage experience of working with Medical Information Systems or with the Electronic Health Care System ( ESOH) will be an additional advantage experience of working in the field of health care, with health care facilities, etc. will be an additional advantage experience of service in hospital, pre-hospital medical units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and understanding of their current processes will be additional an advantage experience of working in large companies with extensive business processes will be an advantage the ability to search and find solutions experience in process automation will be an advantage li> knowledge of bpmn 2.0 notation and experience in process design with its application understanding of the basic principles and methods of business process optimization experience in process modeling software experience in working with complex processes and a large number of participants experience in organizing stakeholder meetings and communicating with them at the stages of process approval experience in working with regulatory and legal documents, legislative framework < li> desire to participate in the project of changes from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine
CONDITIONS
- service in the city of Kyiv
- 6-day work week in the office
- involvement of reserve officers (rank - junior lieutenant) and reserve sergeants under contract until the end of martial law
- compulsory passing of KMB/basic military training for the rank and file
- availability of valid documents from the TCC/military ticket
- the possibility of transferring only privates with an available UBD or junior sergeants from non-combat brigades with the consent of the immediate commander
- rear financial support from 20,000 (for the rank of soldier) and 30,000 hryvnias (for an officer's rank)
- the candidate seeks housing independently
