We are looking for a candidate with the following duties:

• Identifying problems in the processes of active operations of legal entities and analyzing their causes.

• Modeling and description of current and target processes, development of recommendations for improvement, simplification or automation.

• Setting tasks for automation of products and processes of the project manager.

• Cooperation with various Bank teams to implement changes and further control.

• Participation in service development projects for corporate clients.

• Knowledge processes and products for active operations of legal entities;

• Understanding the requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine and the stages of preparation of credit proposals;

• Knowledge of banking legislation regarding active operations;

• Higher education, responsibility, attention to detail;

• Ability to work in a team and analytical thinking.

• Knowledge of Lean methodology;

• Experience of participating in process automation projects;

• Confident command of Excel;

• Process modeling skills in BPMN.
