Business process analyst / Business process optimization specialist / Business process optimization manager in E - R, TOV

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year (preferably in a manufacturing company)
• li>
• A confident user of MS Office: Word, Excel, Visio
• Knowledge of business process modeling techniques: "EPC", "Cross functional flowchart", "BPMN"
• Skills formation of TK, design management
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral, written)

Experience with CRMwill be a significant advantage strong> "OneBoxCRM"

 Responsibilities:

• Communication with heads of units (structuring of information regarding implementation business processes)
• Analysis of existing business processes and wishes for optimization
• Development of methodology for formalization of business processes
• Modeling of company processes
• Creation of working documentation (schemes of business processes, regulations, instructions, etc.) and updating of existing documentation
• Planning of business process optimization stages and their implementation
• Control implementation of changes in business processes
• Assessment of the effectiveness of business processes
• Internal audit of business processes
• Maintenance of working documentation of business processes in an up-to-date state
< li>Consultative assistance to heads of departments (creation of documents, implementation of changes, etc.)
• Formation of TOR regarding optimization and automation of business processes
• Reporting to higher management

• Partial housing rental compensation ($250)
• Salary: rate + bonus + bonuses, overtime hours are additionally paid
• Working schedule: Monday - Friday slaughterhouse, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Vacation: 24 calendar days
