Business process analyst in Bank Pivdenniy

Joint-Stock Bank "Pivdenny" invites you to take part in the competition for the vacancy Business process analytics of the Financial Monitoring Office.

Tasks:

• analyze internal regulatory documents on PMC/FT issues and regulations, independently initiate the development/improvement of IT solutions aimed at optimizing existing processes/procedures, develop a work plan (technical task) to automate a specific task;
• implement projects to automate processes related to AML/CFT issues;
• monitor and monitor the developers' implementation of the planned business logic of the tasks to be automated. Control deadlines;
• organize and carry out testing of a new automated product/process, accept the results of automation of business processes from developers;
• form analytical reports based on the results of work on product/process automation;
• develop and maintain a database of software user instructions;
• monitor and conduct testing of periodic software updates.

Requirements:

• availability of practical skills, methods, tools for developing detailed requirements and technical tasks for automating business processes;
• level of mastery of computer software at a level not lower than that of an experienced user Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (at least Word, Excel /strong>,Outlook,PowerPoint);
• use programs for graphic display of analytical information and programs for describing business processes, programs for creating presentations, programs for managing tasks and organizing the work process;
• having knowledge about the order and rules of performing banking operations, the ability to consider execution of banking operations as the functioning of a single and integral system, to be fluent in the terminology of banking operations.
