Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with stakeholders (representatives of IT, business and support functions) to identify, document and prioritize improvement requirements processes
• Providing clear and detailed process documentation, e.g., process flows, behavior and interaction diagrams based on UML BPMN 2.0 notation to create visualizations of the current and future state of processes
• Participating in planning and implementing changes in business processes, ensuring consideration of the impact on people, technology, organizational and functional structures of the Bank
• Defining and establishing key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of optimized processes

Basic requirements:

• Practical experience of working in a system company in the role of a business analyst for 3 years or more
• Experience of working with requirements : identification, analysis, formalization, management
• Experience with IT project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience in research and analysis of IT processes
• Understanding of SDLC components , PDLC, demand management
• Understanding the principles of building IT processes in accordance with ITIL, COBIT methodologies
• Ability to work with significant amounts of information (extraction, interpretation and visualization of data)
