Objectives of the position: Analyzing the processes of information systems\products\projects Researching the existing processes of IT and internal customers in order to identify areas for optimization, in order to facilitate the alignment of the needs and expectations of business partners with the capabilities and resources of IT Main duties: Communication with stakeholders to determine business needs.
