Business process analyst in Pro recruitment

Key tasks: Analysis, description of business processes, including those that are subject to optimization and automation (as is and to be); Backlog management in the company's internal system; Development and formalization of proposals for business improvement processes; Development of instructions and templates of documents of structural divisions; Conducting user training, development of training materials and standards; Support for the implementation of the ERP system.
