Business process analyst in Association of Ukrainian Defense Manufacturers

Key tasks:

• Analysis, description of business processes, including those subject to optimization and automation (as is and to be);
• Backlog management in the company's internal system;
• Development and formalization of proposals for improving business processes;

• Development of instructions and document templates of structural subdivisions;
• Conducting user training, development of training materials and standards;
• Supporting the implementation of the ERP system.

• Higher education (technical will be a plus);
• Experience as an analyst from 1.5 years;
• li> Work experience in writing business requirements and business processes;
• Experience in the implementation of an ERP system (work with SAP will be a plus);
• Knowledge of notations / modeling languages ​​(eg BPMN, UML);
• Analytical thinking and skills systematize information;
• Competent oral and written language;
• Ability to work in a large team;
• Well-developed communication and organizational skills.
