Key tasks: Analysis, description of business processes, including those subject to optimization and automation (assistatobe); Maintaining the backlog in the company's internal system; Development and formalization of proposals for improving business processes; Development of instructions and templates of documents of structural subdivisions; Training of users, development of training materials and standards; Support for ERP system implementation. Requirements: Higher education (technical will be a plus); Work experience as an analyst from 1.5 years; Experience in writing business requirements and business processes; Experience in ERP system implementation (work with SAP will be a plus); Knowledge of notations/modeling languages ​​(eg BPMN, UML); Analytical thinking is the ability to systematize information; Competent oral and written language; Ability to work in a large team; Well-developed communication and organizational skills.
