What to do:

1. CRM administration of the network of branches:

• Configuring the client card: creating and modifying fields, parameters, forms, buttons;

• Optimizing the system interface in order to increase the ease of use for branch employees;

• Managing access and user rights: creating new roles, updating and expanding access rights.

2. Administration and configuration of products/services:

• Maintenance, configuration and updating of the catalog of banking products in CRM;

• Introduction of new products and services into the system;

• Modification of existing products/services: deposits, current accounts, transfers, coins and metals, safes, powers of attorney, etc.;

• Configuration and support promotions and promotional campaigns in the system.

3. Automation and optimizationtion of business processes:

• Initiating the development or finalization of IT solutions in the direction of payment cards;

• Analysis of internal regulatory documents and regulations, formation of a work plan for process automation;

• Development of action plans for the implementation of systems and business processes;

• Testing of introduced changes, settings and periodic software updates provision;

• Formation of analytical reports based on the results of implemented changes and automation;

• Participation in banking projects on product development, implementation of new IT solutions and services in the field of payment cards.
  
  

What you will need for this:

• Education: higher education in the field of economics or mathematical analysis
• Experience: cooperation with IT departments business requirements, testing updates, work in Siebel SRM.
  

Additional education, certification:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint on levels not lower than an experienced user, programs for graphical display of analytical information and programs for describing business processes, programs for creating presentations, managing tasks and organizing the workflow.
