Business process analyst in Bank Pivdenniy

What will need to be done:

• analytical support for mobile banking development;
• business collection and analysis requirements, identification and coordination of requirements with the Bank's divisions;
• documentation of business requirements, formation of specifications for development teams;
• analysis, acceptance of participation in development, modification and support of business processes.

What for you will need:

• experienced user of ABS B2, Is Card, UPC, CRM Sibel software complexes at the subsystem level;
• experience in modeling processes in BPMN and UML diagrams;
• SQL at the initial level;
• knowledge of bank products and services for individuals;
• understanding of the essence and business process logic for working with individuals;
• experience in Jira and Confluence.
