Business process analyst in Podorozhnik, Merezha aptek

The largest pharmacy chain "Podorozhnyk" has been successfully operating on the market for over 25 years. The network includes 2,300+ pharmacies and over 12,000 employees in all regions of Ukraine. Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Business Process Analyst (junior).

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• have experience in creating or maintaining internal documentation (instructions, standards, regulations, etc.);
• well organized and able to work with a large amount of information;
• have strong communication skills and know how to interact with representatives of different departments;
• attentive to details, proactive and strive to improve internal processes;
• confidently use office programs and quickly learn new things.

What will be included in your duties:

• development and updating of internal documentation: instructions, standards, regulations, orders;
• coordination of interaction between departments to implement changes and improve business processes;
• communication with the network through the Info-Bulletin: preparation and distribution of information materials about important news and changes;
• participation in internal department projects: assistance in planning, organization and implementation of initiatives that contribute to the development of the company.
