Requirements:

• Higher economic education (finance, business economics , cybernetics, enterprise management).
• Knowledge of methodologies for description, analysis and optimization of business processes (notations BPMN, IDEF0, LEAN, SIX SIGMA, etc.). 
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and automation of business processes.
• High level of communication skills with different categories of personnel. 
• Ability to listen to the customer.
• Ability to express one's opinion briefly, clearly and clearly. 
• Punctuality in completing tasks. 
• Structured thinking. 
• Orientation on the result and the optimal solution. 
• Flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Modeling and analysis of business processes.
• Reengineering and automation of the company's existing and new business processes.
• Collection and analysis of business requirements and functional requirements from interested parties.
• Development of the structure of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of simulated business processes.
• Based on the results of the BP analysis, the formation of proposals for process optimization and improvement of the organizational structure.
• Preparation of documented regulations on business processes.
• Formation of analytical reports based on the results of optimization of business processes.
• Development of proposals for business improvement and automation -processes.
