How exactly you can influence the development of the company:
• description of current business processes (AS IS ) and process modeling (TO BE)
• optimization and automation of running business processes (work with owners and key participants of business processes, requirements collection)
• construction of business metrics and analysis of the main indicators of business functioning processes
• change management of business processes
• work with documentation of existing business processes (description in Handbook, User Guide, change management in documentation)

Challenges for 3 months:
• full understanding of the work of the BPU direction in terms of all key cross-functional processes
• updating of the main running processes (modeling, documentation description)
• optimization of 1-2 processes agreed with the manager
• functional understanding of Atlassian Products in a technical direction

To achieve results, you will need:
• 2+ years of commercial experience in a similar position
• experience in implementing and automating new business processes and improving existing ones
• understanding of organization, functions, roles and responsibilities in an IT company
• knowledge of business process modeling notations (BPMN, UML)
• understanding of the principles of functioning of corporate IT systems
• excellent communication, communication and presentation skills
• high level of personal efficiency, initiative and proactivity
• knowledge of the English language at the level of Intermediate and above
• knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence) will be an advantage

• can plan your own work schedule, however, in order to be efficient,
we have mandatory joint working hours - business hours, from 11:00 to 16:00
