We are looking for a qualified and experienced specialist for the position of business process analyst.

Requirements for the candidate:

• work experience in a similar position - from 1 year
• knowledge of SQL (select queries, CTE), experience of working with databases
• knowledge of Excel (power query), skills of working with Google Sheets
• knowledge and experience working with PowerBI (DAX)
• ability to structure and visualize information
• ability to present analysis results

In short, the main tasks:

• preparation of regular reports on key indicators
• preparation of presentations on the results of the department, analysis of the reasons for changing the dynamics of key indicators
• creation of samples of contacts for telemarketing , analysis of their effectiveness
• support and updating of reports in PowerBI
• execution of ad-hoc queries
