Business process analyst in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Business process analyst who strives to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values ​​of mutual trust, openness and initiative. :Analysis of information systems\products\projects processes Research of existing IT processes and internal customers in order to identify areas for optimization, in order to help align the needs and expectations of business partners with the capabilities and resources of IT Main duties: Communication with stakeholders to determine business needs. Interact with representatives of IT, business and support functions to identify, document and prioritize process improvement requirements Provide clear and detailed process documentation, such as process flows, behavior and interaction diagrams in the UMLBPMN 2.0 notation database to create visualizations of the current and future state of processes Identify and establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of optimized processes Process analytics Basic requirements: 3+ years of experience in our position Experience in research and analysis of IT processes, documentation and process analytics for their quality Experience in working with requirements: identification, analysis, formalization, management Understanding of the components of SDLC, PDLC, demand management Analytical skills, communication skills and work ability Ability to work with significant volumes of information (extraction, interpretation and visualization data) Experience in the application of ITIL \ COBIT standards will be an advantage.
