We are looking for an office employee with Knowledge of German in the home office for a German company

A focus of the company is the implementation of training purchases for customers from the discounter and supermarket industry. The attentiveness and friendliness of the checkout staff are checked.

Your tasks:

• Recruiting of test shoppers
• Instruction and training of test shoppers who are responsible for checking the specified sales locations
• Development of suitable routes and shopping plans
• Detailed training of test customers in telephone mode
• Support of testers
• Purchase data management (Excel file)

Working hours:

Monday - Friday

Weekly alternating: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (German time ), alternating telephone on-call service for emergencies until 9 p.m. (it's enough if you have your work cell phone with you and can be reached)

1 x per month Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., tablet control until 8:00 p.m.

Earnings:

• 1000.00 € per month during training
• 1200.00 € per month for self-employment
• 1300.00 € per month after one year

Billing via invoicing (FOP)

2 weeks of paid vacation per year

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of spoken and written German is absolutely necessary
• Knowledge of Excel and Word
• Using modern means of communication such as WhatsApp, emails, etc.
