What we will entrust you with:

• Development and implementation of measures to increase productivity, production efficiency, reduce cost, ensure the growth of labor productivity, achieve effective results under the conditions of rationalization of material, labor and financial resources
• Carrying out work on improving the planning of economic indicators of the company’s divisions, achieving a high level of their validity, and maximizing the use of production capacities in accordance with current business needs
• Responsibility for monthly analysis of deviations in production and financial indicators with analytical conclusions and proposals for key stakeholders and users of this analytics
• Organization of economic calculations and analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of new approaches, initiatives or technologies in the production process
• Participation in work on improving the organization of production, preparation of proposals aimed at to increase labor productivity and production efficiency, economic responsibility of employees
• Execution of requests of cross-functional colleagues within the limits of their competences and expertise

• You have work experience in software 1C, PowerBI, SAP
• You know Excel at the level of an advanced user
• You know Word, Power Point, O365 at the level of confident user
• You have experience in budgeting and management reporting
• You have knowledge of wage systems, the principles of labor regulation and labor legislation
• You have experience in a position not lower than a leading one economist
• You have basic knowledge of investment management and indicators of investment attractiveness
• You have experience working at a manufacturing enterprise, understanding the principles of planning and the production cycle
• You have knowledge of the basics of accounting and rules for displaying economic transactions
• Nmanagement experience will be an advantage
