What we will entrust you with:

• Establishment and support of partnerships with managers of the client's business development department, communication with stakeholders to identify business needs
• Analysis of financial indicators, creation and correction of reports, analytics on request (ad-hoc), taking into account the modeling of financial results, for making management decisions
• Preparation of business cases in the framework of interaction with the client's business development department, creation of recommendations and corrective actions, post-analysis of performance (impact on Revenue, Gross Profit, Oper. Profit)
• Effective collaboration with all key functions within the finance department to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial and other reporting used to make management decisions
• Forecast formation and KPI and OKR planning with the analysis of deviations, including opportunities and risks
• Preparation of presentation materials on financial indicators, KPI and OKR, sales dynamics, i.e. within the framework of interaction with the client's business development department
• Providing proposals aimed at increasing sales efficiency by increasing revenues (distribution, price, promotion, etc.) or reducing costs
• Training and advising the business unit on financial management issues, ensuring an understanding of basic financial metrics, key financial indicators of commercial activity
• Setting tasks for the analytical center on the formation of basic analytics and Power BI reporting
• Implementation and management of financial projects according to business needs

you:

• You have experience in 1C software, PowerBI
• A confident user of Excel, Power Point, О365
• You have work experience in a position no lower than an analyst in the Finance, Marketing, Sales departments
• You have 3 years of experience in the field of financial analysis
• You have an understanding of business processes and operations related to finance and sales, marketing, trade marketing
• You have economic analysis and forecasting skills
• You have good communication skills and presentation skills
• Able to work in a team and interact with different levels of management
• Have responsibility and attention to details
• Have experience coordinating or leading commercial projects
• You have an understanding of business processes and operations related to finance and sales, marketing, trade marketing
