This role will beresponsible for supporting Bizzabo’s Go-To-Market teams byassuring client contracts are compliant with internal policies, CRMmanagement, overseeing incentive programs, and filling the RFPs. What you’ll bedoing: Creating opportunities inCRM (Salesforce) Assist with inputting data inCRM Prepare contracts and make sure they get signed byclients Liaise and follow-up with the internal teams (Professional Services Team, Sales, CSM) and clients tocollaborate onclosing the deals Review client contracts for compliance with internal policies Manage incentives for the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, aligning with company policies and performance objectives Filling Prospects questionnaires (RFPs), ensuring responses are comprehensive, competitive, and delivered ontime Provide accurate and timely information tomanagement Constantly improve the working process, making itmore efficient Develop astrong knowledge ofthe company’s products and services inorder tofacilitate the sales process Who you are: Minimum of3-5 years ofexperience inBusiness Operations, Business Consulting orFinance You have great verbal and written English communication skills Demonstrated ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously with akeen attention todetail You participated inautomating oroptimizing business processes you owned Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with aproven track record ofimproving operational efficiencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tointeract effectively with all levels ofmanagement and cross-functional teams Proactive and positive-minded approach towork Confident user ofCRM software (Salesforce orsimilar system) and Microsoft Office Suite, with astrong emphasis onExcel Using Zapier, Tray.io , Workato, and/or being able tovisualize business processes isaplus You are enthusiastic about learning and leveraging new technologies, includingAI, todrive results Bewilling toadjust your start and end times toaccommodate working with teams indifferent time zones. (The team typically begins work at11am inthe Ukrainian time zone)
