Requirements:

• At least 1+ years of experience in administration / executive assistant/analyst roles
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented
• Affinity for a fast-paced environment and work with high-performance
• At least B2 level of English, the communication language is English

Responsibilities:

• Daily meetings with the teams
• Close cooperation with the back-end team
• Cooperation with the marketing and copywriting teams
• Helping and coordinating cross-company’s efforts
• Information research & analysis to facilitate the company’s decision-making
• Supporting the company with various tasks and assisting in the project’s execution
• Supporting and working directly with the company’s founding team
