Looking for an Operations Development Manager for an international company working in the direction of production and sales of garden and energy equipment (DIY, B2B).
Hybrid format (with a requirement for international business trips).
Subordination to the General Director (CEO) of the company.
We are looking for a manager who will be responsible forcreation, implementation and automation of unified international standards and processes to ensure efficient business scaling. This role is key to structuring the company and ensuring its sustainable global growth.
Key responsibilities:
Company structuring:
creating/updating the departmental structure
Creation and implementation of unified international standards, processes and procedures for business development.Initiation and control of automation of key business processes.Providing clear reports and recommendations to the CEO.> none">Necessary education in the field of management, economics, or related industries.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar position
Practical experiencecreation and optimization of business processes, including work with CRM/ERP systems.
Freeholdin English (written and spoken level C1/C2 is required).
