Responsibilities:

• Building your own business unit
• Business development in selling Madiff services locally and internationally
• Understand the needs of clients and provide professional advice on proposed IT services
• Negotiating terms of cooperation
• Building long-term relationships with clients
• Cooperating with the recruitment department and carrying out own recruitment processes
• Maintaining good relations with candidates from own business unit
• Active participation in internal business meetings
• Reporting of work and results according to company standards
• Participation in the development and implementation of business strategy

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in IT outsourcing — must have
• Experience in building a business unit of min. 20 consultants
• Very good knowledge of English — must have
• Knowledge of the IT/ITO/ICT industry
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Passion for sales and business development
• Ambition to manage
• Communication skills
• University education, management and business majors preferred
• Very good soft skills
