Business Intelligence Engineer with Azure and PBI in Sigma IT Poland

We are looking for for an experienced  Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer  with solid skills in  Power BI and Azure  environment. This person will be part of the analytics team of  a top Scandinavian manufacturer , working with the latest advanced technology. Our client is  a world leader in outdoor products  for forest, park and garden maintenance, as well as equipment for the light construction industry.

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role;
• Extensive experience with  data modeling techniques such as 3rd normal form, data vault, and dimensional modeling;
• Deep understanding of how to build efficient models for  Power BI;
• Strong knowledge of  DAX for data manipulation and querying in Power BI;
• Familiarity with  GIT and experience managing development projects using distributed  version control systems ;
• Hands-on experience with  Snowflake for cloud data warehousing and DBT for data transformation;
• A deep understanding and hands-on experience with  Azure : Data Factory, Data Lake Storage, Analytics Services, and  Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines;
• Familiarity with  Microsoft SQL Server;
• Fluent in English to work effectively in an international team;
• Location in Poland  for easy signing of cooperation offers and occasional team meetings.
