Managerof the development of business analytics and data storage (< /strong>Power BI)

 Objective of the position: creation and implementation of an effective analytical infrastructure that will support strategic business goals of the company, will contribute to making informed decisions based on current data

Functional responsibilities

• Development and implementation of the development strategy Power BI and DWH
• Analysis of business needs and determination of priorities in the development of BI and DWH
• Management of projects for the development and implementation of BI solutions
• Ensuring the implementation of projects in the established timelines
• Coordination of work with stakeholders
• Design, development and optimization of DWH architecture
• Implementation of ETL processes to load, transform and integrate data from different sources
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support management decision-making
• Maintain data integrity, consistency and quality
• Ensure data protection and regulatory compliance
• Continuously improving data processes and tools
• Performing data analysis to identify trends, patterns and anomalies
• Collaborating with business users to determine their reporting and analytics requirements and needs< /li>
• Ensuring the provision of high-quality and timely analytical products
• Support and training of users of BI solutions
• Preparation and provision of regular reports on the status and results of projects to the company management

 Professional experience and skills

• Higher education in the field of information technology, computer science, business informatics
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the field of BI and DWH (preferably manufacturing or agricultural sector)
• Experience in project management, including planning , coordination and execution
• Owning special programs: Power BI, SQL, ETL tools, cloud platforms

Working conditions:

• Official employment, provision of all social guarantees according to the Labor Code of Ukraine;
• Medical insurance after passing the VT (3 months);
• Wage level is discussed;
• Work schedule - 8.00-17.00/9.00- 18.00 (hybrid format)
