Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience of working in the field of business tourism and organization of events from 1 year.
• Competent written and spoken language.
• Organization.
• The ability to manage oneself, time, processes, projects, nerves and emotions.

Responsibilities:

• Processing client requests, drawing up estimates, presentations, project support.
• Organization and coordination of events on the territory of Ukraine (conferences, round tables, presentations, etc.).
• Reservation of hotels, bus and railway tickets , transfer, conference rooms, etc.
• Solving financial and contractual issues with the client.
• Timely entry of information about projects in 1C (we teach).
• Communication with suppliers.
• Support of events on the site
