Role Overview To build and nurture client relationships and increase company revenue and growth by creating new sales opportunities. A key objective is to effectively adapt to the dynamic IT and Engineering markets and align the company’s offerings with the specific needs of clients within the scope of Develocraft products.

Salary:

5 000 - 8 000 PLN net B2B

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working closely with B2B clients, preferably in the Engineering sectors. 
  • Proficiency in Polish and English (minimum B2 level). 
  • A genuine desire to help, with an empathic personality and a proactive approach to challenges. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients from diverse backgrounds and education levels. 
  • Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and client meetings simultaneously. 
  • Motivation to achieve goals, a self-driven attitude, and the ability to transform market data into business strategies. 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond quickly to changing market conditions
