Business Development Specialist remotely Creatio is one of the fastest growing enterprise SaaS companies headquartered in Boston with a global team of 700+ dedicated professionals. Due to the great opportunities that are opening before us, Creatio is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join the team and work in the Eastern European market. We are ready to teach and help achieve goals together as One Team. Main tasks: response to incoming requests from potential customers through various communication channels (phone calls, registration, e-mail, chat); making outgoing calls to potential customers of targeted business segments with the aim of attracting them and setting up a meeting with our sales team; presentation of our company and product line to potential customers, identification of their business needs, formation of interest and desire to continue the dialogue with us; maintaining contact with potential customers, providing additional information about our company, products and any other necessary information; identification of decision maker and collection of information about them; registration of important events of contacts and greetings; invite customers to wait and contact you to update their status after these events. Desired skills and experience: fluent Ukrainian, intermediate English; experience of working with B2B clients/partners for at least 6 months; communication skills by phone, e-mail and social networks; exceptional oral communication and presentation skills; self-motivation, high level of honesty and work ethic; understanding of the SaaS industry, including CRM, BPM, Low/No-Code solutions will be a plus.
