POSITION: Business Development Sales Representative
FUNCTION: Marketing
LOCATION: Lviv
Key tasks and expectations from this role: the responsibility of the Trade Representative for Business Development is to implement a trade marketing and distribution plan that meets the commercial goals of brand activation, volume sales, distribution and retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the trade marketing and distribution model in the territory, in accordance with the chosen objectives and best practices of the Company;
- Search for new opportunities for business development.
- Ensure quality and availability products, distribution goals and minimization of stock-out situations and ensuring the availability of products in the appropriate location, in accordance with the portfolio strategy of optimizing the store assortment.
- Achieving product visibility goals and investment goals.
- Coordinating sales activities of employees or a third-party company in the territory.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of the customer/customer database and registration of new customers/consumers.
Key requirements:
- diploma of junior specialist (bachelor) or diploma of higher education;
- from 1 year of experience in sales/trade marketing;
- valid driving license certificate;
- knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language;
- preferred English level not lower than Pre-Intermediate;
- leadership abilities.
