We are looking for an experienced specialist to join our team for the position of Business Development Representative, who will focus on actively acquiring new B2B clients, developing a network of partners and establishing relationships on international markets.
We provide:
- Competitive remuneration: PLN 9,000 - PLN 15,000 net for a B2B contract or other preferred contract e.g. UZ.

What will the recruitment process look like?
- First stage - It involves screening your CV - if we are interested in your CV, we will contact you to arrange the first introductory interview with HR. We will check whether we have a match at a fundamental level.
- Second stage - Recruitment interview with HR. We will introduce you to more about who we are looking for, you will be able to tell us about your experience and expectations for the role.
- Third stage - Preparation of a sales business case, which you will then present during an approximately one-hour meeting with our Sales Manager. We will then ask more about your experience. You will also be able to ask about our current sales processes, how we operate and who you will be working with.
- After analyzing all applications and interviews, we will contact the best candidate to submit an offer and negotiate the terms of the contract (we reserve the right to contact only selected candidates).

You are an ideal candidate if:
- You have min. . 2 years of experience in B2B sales,
- You can build effective prospecting strategies and campaigns and you have experience in reaching customers through such channels such as Linkedin, Cold Mailing, Cold Calling,
- You can boast of successes in acquiring corporate clients and clients from the SME sector,
- You know English very well both in speaking and writing ( min. C1),
- You are independent and proactive : you take additional initiatives in search of new sales opportunities,
- You skillfully manage time and priorities,
- You like to take responsibility and constantly learn .
Nice to have :
- DośB2B sales experience in IT/software houses and developer outsourcing.
- Knowledge of the AI and Data Science industry will be an additional advantage.
