About the client and role:

Our company’s goal is to help schools, school districts, and foundations energize and engage their alumni and other constituents, positioning schools as the foundation of strong neighborhoods, workforces, and communities. We do this by helping schools connect with alumni, alumni-parents, and the greater community to achieve a margin of excellence that cannot be provided solely through public funding.
The Business Development Representative plays a crucial role in driving our outreach and engagement initiatives. This position is responsible for leveraging email and LinkedIn automation tools to connect with potential clients, book meetings, and respond to communications efficiently. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional with a strong knack for sales and relationship building. You will work closely with the CEO to ensure seamless scheduling and communication, contributing to the growth and success of the company by fostering strong relationships with our alumni network and partners. If you are enthusiastic about using innovative methods to connect and communicate with people, this role is an excellent fit for you.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Pipedrive or similar CRM software.
• Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business outreach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• The previous experience with the US market is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Pipedrive Email Automation to send targeted email campaigns to leads.
• Monitor and optimize email outreach strategies to maximize engagement and response rates.
• Implement and manage automated direct messaging on LinkedIn to engage potential leads.
• Personalize messages to ensure effective communication and connection with prospective clients.
• Schedule and book meetings for the CEO with prospective clients and partners.
• Maintain an organized calendar and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Respond promptly to incoming emails and messages from leads and clients.
• Provide accurate information and address inquiries to build strong relationships.
