The BDR role is a critical component of the company’s sales process, responsible for generating qualified leads, scheduling demos, and potentially closing deals through a blend of web prospecting, phone calls, email communication, and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities:
- Generate interest in the company’s product and drive prospects to schedule demos
- Blend web prospecting/lead mining with phone calls and email communication
- Conduct lead qualification and convert leads into clients
- Qualify leads and help convert them into clients
- Conduct discovery calls to identify prospects’ pain points and how the product could benefit them
- Schedule demos for qualified prospects aligned with the demo team’s availability
- Document all prospect interactions and progress in the CRM
- Eventually, may have opportunity to complete full sales cycle from start to finish

Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales, managing the entire sales process, and facilitating a “start to finish” sales curve
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with carriers, internal teams, and customers over the phone and via email.
- Advanced/Upper-intermediate + English Level.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with accountability
- Excellent understanding of duties and self-motivation
- Proficiency in using CRM software and internal sales task software (training will be provided)
Training Provided:
- Training on internal systems, CRM, sales task software
- Training on industry terminology, scripting, handling objections
Reports to: Head of Sales
The core focus is on prospecting, qualifying, discovery, and moving leads through the top of the sales funnel to get them scheduled for product demos with the goal of eventually converting to clients. Strong sales skills, motivation, and organization are required.
