Weare looking for adynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. You will play acrucial role inidentifying, qualifying, and creating new business opportunities for the company via outbound and inbound channels. AsaBusiness Development Representative, you will beresponsible for: Building ago-to-market strategy for Belkins business development byutilizing the best outbound marketing practices; Developing B2B messages for outreach; Operating amailbox (ormultiple mailboxes), sales tools (Chili Piper, Expandi), G-Suite services, CRM system (HubSpot), Notion, Slack, and Chrome extensions; Developing relationships with prospects based onsolution-selling techniques; Enriching potential opportunities through internet research, social media monitoring, events monitoring, and any other sources necessary toachieve your goals; Booking and handling initial calls, building strong relationships with prospects for further collaborations; Scheduling semi-automated, semi-manual email send-outs; Working interms ofdedicated KPI for each month and quarter; Forecasting and suggesting new ways orindustries for business approach; Handling responses: work with objections, schedule appointments, follow-ups; Communicating with the Leads Research Team, BDRs, and the Sales Team. You will definitely besuccessful inthis role ifyou: Have anAdvanced level ofEnglish. Both writing and speaking (C1-C2required); Have been working inaclient-facing role for 1+year; Worked previously withEU andUS clients; Are team player, self-driven for results, self-motivated, inspired bygreat tools and people; Are open-minded with sharing your creative ideas for new approaches toprospects; Have solid self-organizational skills, attentive todetails and workflow processes; Are inspired bynew information, workshops, tech-learning, and upgrading your professional soft skills; Have proven records (orreferences from your previous workplace) ofyour achieved goals inadynamic team; Are adedicated problem solver and always complete atask ifyou are responsible forit; Never hesitate toask questions and upgrade your skill set.
