As a BDR at Phenomenon studio, you’ll be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our client base. You’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services.

— Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within outsourcing
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
— Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and quotas
— Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
— Self-motivated and proactive attitude, willing to take initiative and drive projects forward.

— Generate new business opportunities
— Build and develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients
