Business Development Officer in Find My Parent

Remote position based out of Ukraine. Reunite Ukraine mobile app by Find My Parent. Find My Parent is a US-registered tech NGO that has developed two mobile applications that empower children to reunite with their families. One of these apps — Reunite Ukraine — was developed in partnership with the National Police of Ukraine to help reunite the thousands of Ukrainian children who have become separated from their families as a result of the conflict. We are currently recruiting a Ukraine-based Business Development Officer to lead on growing user base of our mobile application and develop partnerships with NGOs, government, and civil society.Your responsibilitiesWe are looking for a Business Development Officer to grow the user base of the Reunite Ukraine mobile application and expand our reach to new partners within Ukraine and abroad. You can learn more about our mobile application at http://www.reunite-ukraine.com/You will be responsible for developing and implementing creative and impactful strategies to encourage Ukrainians to use our mobile application which acts as a tool to reunite separated families and prevent separation.You will also lead in developing strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations, law enforcement, government, and civil society within Ukraine and abroad. You will join a small, yet passionate team of advocates, and techies, working to transform family tracing and reunification for all families around the world.Responsibilities includeDeveloping and implementing new outreach/sales approaches that entail B2C and B2B funnelsManaging leads in our CRMLeading on strategic outreach, including in Ukrainian and RussianBeing the deal owner for all your new deals in the funnelContinuously providing feedback from prospects to the marketing and product teams RequirementsYou are a creative go-getter, you love talking with customers and you quickly recognize client needExperience with technology, as a user and as a salesperson.Strong communication skills to give feedback to tech team to develop a better productMotivated and interested in earning a commission off salesExperience or strong interest in our target audience: non-profit, law enforcement, and the public sectorFluent in English, Ukrainian and RussianYou must be based in Ukraine and able to travel domestically.
