Business Development Manager (Utility-Scale PV and BESS)

Department Digital Power of Huawei Ukraine is actively developing the direction of large-scale solar power plants (Utility-Scale PV) and industrialInstallationsenergy storage (BESS). We implement projects that shape the energy independence of Ukraine and meet the highest standards of technological reliability.
In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who can effectively work with developers, EPC companies and investors in the segment of projects with a capacity of from 5 MW.
Your tasks:
- Actively seek and attract new customers in the utility-scale (large-scale) PV and BESS segment: developers, EPC, investment funds, traders, system operators.
- Lead the full sales cycle — from the first contact to signing the contract and project support.
- Install and maintain long-term relationships with key market players.
- Prepare commercial offers, conduct negotiations and agree technical and commercial terms.
- Collaborate with technical managers and the global team to develop effective solutions for the client's needs.
- Analyze the market: monitor competitor activity, monitor RfP and open tenders.
- Achieving targeted sales figures and fulfillment of individual KPI.
Our expectations:
- Experience in sales or business development in the field of B2B in energy - from 3 years, with a focus on renewable energy or large energy companies objects.
- Deep understanding of the Ukrainian solar energy market, key players, joining procedures and financing models.
- Having own network of contacts among developers, EPCs, investors will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate at the level of top management.
- Strategic thinking, result orientation, independent project management skills.
- English language — Upper-Intermediate and above (for conducting correspondence, meetings, presentations).
- Ability to work with Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of CRM is a plus.
