- has from 1 year of experience in IT sales, UX/UI design, web and mobile development on Upwork
— speaks English fluently, knows how to say hello in German
— understands the processes and tools of modern digitalization< /p>
- knows how to communicate easily, directly and simply, even about complex things
- writes exciting texts
- open, has high empathy and the ability to understand the needs of customers

— 5-7 leads and 8-10 calls per week
— outstaff and service - 50/50, from presentation sites and mobile applications to complex product platforms
— sales and marketing team: 3 leaders, sales manager, marketer, sales mentor
— designer support, business analyst, tech lead, recruiter and the best ceo in the world
— an effective and reliable delivery team with powerful technical solutions for which there is no shame
