At Deus Robotics, we’re revolutionizing how businesses connect with robotic systems. Our long-term vision is to enable all businesses to manage any type of robot through the Deus Robotics platform.
Currently, our focus is on the warehouse automation market. We are building an AI platform to connect and enhance the intelligence of all robots in a highly optimized warehouse.
Founded in 2019, Deus Robotics has offices in Ukraine, USA, and the UK.
Expectations :
- Capable UK based salespeople to sign non-binding deals with multiple logistics companies in the UK within 3-4 months.
- Experience should be in selling end-to-end warehouse automation hardware and software solutions, with a preference for hardware.
- Experience in closed deals related to warehouse automation where they can clearly split their contribution.
- Preference is given to candidates who are adaptable and can thrive in a startup environment rather than a corporate structure.
- A good understanding of the sales funnel and metrics within it, manage the flow through stages such as preparation, outreach, meetings, follow-up, making strong connections, value-driven presentations, proposals sent and contracts signed.
- Participate in the editing of presentation materials and preparation of price proposals for clients in Excel (not independently, but with assistance and using prepared templates).
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with logistics companies is not required, but will be a significant advantage. Ideally, they should have industry contacts or an understanding of the pain points and needs of logistics businesses and how robotics solutions can address them.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, types of products within our scope of business, etc;
- Developing relationships with existing clients and stakeholders, as well as establishing contacts with potential clients;
- Work and establish a flow for working with outbound leads;
- Establishing the flow of communication with potential customers from the first contact to the first payment and transferring customers to account maintenance/servicing;
- Collecting feedback from potential customers to develop and improve the product;
- Working with the funnel to ensure conversion;
- Making business decisions independently to drive growth.
