BATUKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (TERRITORIAL)

FUNCTION: Marketing (Department of Trade Marketing)

LOCATION: Poltava

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES:We are looking for an energetic, proactive and ambitious employee, who will be responsible for product sales in the reporting territory, efficient and effective customer management, increasing sales volumes and developing networks and independent retail, as well as manage and motivate a team of subordinates to achieve high results and effectively interact with colleagues from other divisions of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducting market analysis on a regular basis to find new opportunities to achieve goals in your territory (availability and stock of products, representation and visibility for the consumer, sales volumes).
  • Collaboration with clients and management of contracts with key clients, responsible for effective budget allocation to ensure fulfillment of obligations and retention of key clients.
  • Responsibility for accuracy and correctness of data provided by the accountable team, effective management of financial and territorial assets, ensuring the use of the Company's goods, keeping the database of consumers/customers properly and registering new clients/consumers if necessary.
  • Responsibility for the availability of products, fulfillment of distribution goals and minimization of situations of lack of stocks in retail outlets.
  • Determining investment opportunities, making proposals based on the principles of investing in customers.
  • Controlling the fulfillment of the terms of contracts with customers regarding the placement and visibility of the company's products in retail outlets.
  • Generation and implementation of initiatives to increase the level of sales by creating demand from consumers.

 EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Experience in similar positions 1-2 years
  • Valid driver's license
  • Complete higher education
  • Proficiency in English at levels — Intermediate (B1) is desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office at a high level
  • Strong communication, sales, analytical thinking skills
  • Team management skills
