Business Development Manager (СPA network) in Preis HR agency

For our client, an international partner program (CPA network), we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager (remote). In this position, you will receive a portfolio of active English-speaking advertisers for further development. Your responsibilities will also include sourcing, attracting and developing new advertisers from scratch. Required skills: Deep understanding of Performance Marketing and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position; Strong analytical skills and understanding of key online metrics; Impeccable communication and teamwork skills; Oral and written English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate. Key responsibilities: Servicing and development of existing advertisers; Searching, attracting and further development of new advertisers; Building long-term relationships with advertisers and constantly looking for new opportunities to increase the company's profits both online and and at professional events from all over the world; Analysis of statistical data in order to find ways to improve the effectiveness of advertising campaigns; Daily cooperation with representatives of the affiliate department; Analysis of competitor activities and market trends; Document management and reporting.
