We are currently actively expanding our Sales&Marketing team and are looking for an energetic, motivated candidate for the position of Business Development Manager. You will work in a team specializing in the implementation of an accounting system for our Ukrainian clients. Key Responsibilities Interact with potential customers to find out their needs and requirements regarding the software product. In particular, the processing of incoming customer requests. Preparation and presentation of offers, then demonstration of product capabilities to customers. Monitoring and management of the sales life cycle, from the identification of potential customer needs to the conclusion of the agreement. Collaborate with technical experts to ensure proper understanding of product functionality. Cooperation with the Product team to determine the main market trends. Analysis of the main requests and requirements of potential customers. Basic requirements Experience in software sales, in particular in the field of ERP or CRM systems. Experience with SaaS solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Confidence in working with technologies and software products. High self-motivation, purposefulness and desire to achieve results. Excellent command of the Ukrainian language.
