We specialize in developing and supporting software and SaaS services. We’re expanding into a new sales channel, and we need your experience and fresh ideas to build a winning team!

Requirements:

  • You are currently working as a Sales/account manager/ SDR or have worked in the past (have 2+ years of experience in this position);
  • Fluent English
  • You are familiar with SDLC;
  • You have real examples of negotiation experience that led to successfully closed deals in outsourcing/outstaffing/product IT companies;
  • You thrive in field sales and understand sales sequences;
  • You have excellent communication skills and a knack for connecting with new people;
  • You appreciate the importance of negotiation strategies and planning;
  • You have a keen eye for keeping your CRM system up-to-date.

Bonus points for:

  • A degree in Finance / Business / Economics, or Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team management: Set goals for your team. Track and assess their performance.
  • Direct involvement in business trips: Meet with your pipeline and sometimes with your leads.
