Business Development Manager (Real Estate) in Excelytics Ltd

As we are a small startup, you are expected to act as a jack-of-all-trades in the business development area. You won’t have a team during the first months, but will fill most required roles yourself, learn the required specifics and drive business. You will report to and closely collaborate with the founder-CEO. Responsibilities include: Drive sales for a 10-house development in LvivMeet prospect clients for viewings and (if required) build upgrade packages catering to their specific necessitiesDevelop our brand in Cyprus from zeroAnalyze the Cypriot real estate market to help us establish a strong niche position, maximizing the impact of our unique strengthsParticipate in the plot sourcing process for new developmentsCreate marketing materials (digital and print) in collaboration with external contractorsWorking Conditions: 85% of the work can be done remotely from anywhere, however, occasional business trips to Cyprus are required. Your profile: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications or a related fieldProven experience and demonstrable achievements in Business Development, ideally in the Real Estate sectorWilling to do a lot of hard groundwork in order to grow togetherStrong in both creating a strategy as well as bringing it into executionExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communicatorEnglish B2 level or betterGerman language knowledge would be a plusApplication Requirements: In order to consider your application, we kindly ask you to strictly adhere to the following: English language cover letter is requiredCV needs to in in English language
